John McLaughlin, the Community Development Director,
serves as the Zoning Administrator. When the
Community Development Director is not available, Duane Hall, the Town Planner, serves as
the zoning administrator. The zoning administrator acts on the following land use
permit/development approvals:
- Historic Variance
- Minor Use Permit
- Variance
- Certificate of Compliance
- Tentative Maps, 2-4 parcels
Zoning Administrator Meetings
The zoning administrator meets twice each month on the first and third Wednesdays
