Railyard Master Plan
The Draft Economic Impact Analysis report for the Master
Plan has been released. A community workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, January 20th
at 6:00 pm to provide information on the report and to answer questions. Public
comments on the report will be accepted until February 6th.
Housing Element Update
The Town Council initiated an update to the Housing Element and approved a
professional services agreement for consulting services. The first community
workshop will be held on Thursday, January 29th at 6:00 pm.
Draft Workforce Housing
Ordinance
The Town Council returned the draft the Workforce Housing Ordinance to
staff and the Housing Advisory Work Group. The Planning Commission considered the
revised draft ordinance at a public hearing on November 12th and forwarded a
recommendation to the Town Council. The Town Council will consider the Commission's
recommendation at a public hearing on January 6th.
Coldstream
Specific Plan
Stonebridge Properties, LLC submitted a specific plan to the Town on July 20, 2007.
The Town Council released a request for proposals for consulting services to
prepare an Environmental Impact Report for the project.
