Hilltop Master Plan
The Town Council continued the public hearing to Thursday, August
7th at 6:00 p.m. to consider the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and
adoption of the Hilltop Master Plan. The Council will review specific revisions to
the Master Plan discussed at the public hearing.
Draft Workforce Housing
Ordinance
The Affordable Housing Working Group has prepared a draft workforce
housing ordinance and has forwarded the draft ordinance to the Town Council for their
consideration and approval. The Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
August 7th at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and the adoption of the
ordinancel.
Coldstream
Specific Plan
Stonebridge Properties, LLC submitted a specific plan to the Town on July 20, 2007.
The Town Council will conduct a preliminary review of the draft specific plan at
their regular meeting on Thursday, August 7th at 6:00 p.m. The
public is invitied to comment on the draft specific plan at this meeting.
