Economic Analyses
The Working Group discussed economic analyses prepared by Bay Area Economics for
the employee housing ordinance currently being drafted by the Working Group and the
inclusionary housing ordinance which has already been adopted by the Town Council.
The Working Group accepted for discussion purposes the following final reports.
