2008 Development Code Update
As discussed at their October 19, 2007 meeting, the Working Group will participate
in the review of the 2008 Development Code Update. The Working Group's review will
focus on the implementation of Housing Element Programs 1.2.2, 1.3.3, 1.3.4, 1.4.3, 2.1.5,
and 3.1.3 and the affordable housing density bonuses, incentives, and concessions required
by State law. It is anticipated that the Working Group will begin their review of
the Development Code Update in March.
