Affordable Rent and Sales Price Restrictions
At their August 16, 2007 meeting, the Working Group discussed administrative
guidelines and procedures for calculating affordable rent and affordable sales price
including, but not limited to, utility allowances, homeowner's association dues,
insurance, and criteria for mortgage financing. The links below will take you to the
